Terms and conditions – Vietnam

At Annas Højskole we offer all-inclusive package holidays as per the programme.

• Return flights Copenhagen–Hanoi*, a 14-day trip with 8 nights at the school, 3 nights in the countryside and one night on our boat in Halong Bay.

• Day trips, lectures, bus excursions, a 3-day excursion to the countryside + Halong Bay, admission fees and lectures are included in the price.

Prices do not cover cancellation insurance / travel insurance. Remember to arrange this when you register, if you do not already have it.

1. Registration

Registration is binding, and the deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation by the customer. Travel documents and tickets are sent electronically no later than 4 weeks before departure.

2. Payment

When you register, you will receive a confirmation. We then send an account number for payment of the deposit. The deposit is DKK 6,000. The deposit is paid within 8 days. The balance for the course itself is paid no later than 92 days (3 months) before the course starts.

3. Flights

We always find the best departures for the price. We typically fly with Qatar or Thai Airways with one stopover.

4. Option to extend your stay

It is possible to extend your stay in Vietnam if you would like to stay a little longer in the country. Vietnam has lovely beaches, and the tropical climate invites you to indulge by the water's edge. Call Annas Højskole and talk to us about this.

5. Cancellation

It is important to have your insurance in order should something go wrong. So remember to check whether you already have travel insurance/cancellation insurance.

We use Gouda ourselves, and you can always contact them at gouda.dk or call them on 88208820. Cancellation insurance with them costs 6% of the full price of the trip. Always check the cover of the insurance you take out yourself.

6. Number of participants and cancellation

If the trip going ahead is conditional on a minimum number of participants, the number will be stated in Annas Højskole's promotional material. If the required number of participants is not reached no later than 60 days before departure, Annas Højskole may cancel the trip without liability, and the customer will be refunded all amounts paid.

7. Names on travel documents

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the names shown on the travel documents are identical to the full name shown in the customer's passport. If the customer becomes aware of any discrepancies between the travel documents and the passport, the customer must immediately notify Annas Højskole, who will attempt to correct the error. If the discrepancy is due to the customer's circumstances, any expenses associated with it will be borne by the customer. If changes are not possible, the customer cannot hold Annas Højskole liable.
