Terms and conditions – Mallorca

At Annas Højskole on Mallorca we offer all-inclusive package holidays:

Return flights Copenhagen–Palma de Mallorca*, an 8-day trip with 7 nights at the school. In addition, full board and drinks with all meals are provided at the school. Bus excursions, admission fees and lectures are included in the price.

Several of the courses include a free day. If you choose to spend it away from the school, the associated expenses are at your own expense.

Prices do not cover cancellation insurance / travel insurance. Remember to arrange this when you register, if you do not already have it.

*Flights

We usually fly quite early in the morning from Copenhagen Airport, but it varies a little from course to course. So go to the flights section of the course you are considering signing up for and read more. But at a minimum we offer the following to those travelling from Funen and Jutland:

• Connecting flights from Aalborg/Billund at the current price.

• Option to stay overnight the day before at the Comfort Hotel at the airport at the current price with a 10% discount from us.

• On the return journey there will of course also be the option of a connecting flight.

• Flixbuses have started running from many provincial towns to Copenhagen – and some all the way to Copenhagen Airport. The prices are quite low.

Option to extend your stay on Mallorca

It is possible to travel to or from Mallorca on your own, and thus extend your stay on the island before or after the course. If you choose this option, you must make your own way to the school by taxi. Call and talk to us about this.

Registration

Registration is binding, and the deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation. Travel documents and booking numbers/tickets are sent electronically no later than 10 days before departure.

Payment

When you register, you will receive a confirmation. We then send an account number for payment of the deposit. A deposit of DKK 3,000 per person is paid within 8 days. The balance for the course itself is paid no later than approximately 75 days before the course starts.

Cancellation

It is important to have your insurance in order should something go wrong. So remember to check whether you already have travel insurance/cancellation insurance.

We use Gouda ourselves, and you can always contact them at gouda.dk or call them on 88208820. Cancellation insurance with them costs 6% of the full price of the trip. Always check the cover of the insurance you take out yourself.

Travel rules for package holidays

Rooms:

If you have chosen a shared double room and we are unable to find someone to register for the other half of the room, the single-room supplement is added.

Remember your blue health insurance card, which is valid in Spain, but we recommend that you take out travel insurance covering, among other things, repatriation.

Number of participants

On our most popular course weeks there can be up to 26–28 participants. On a few course weeks where we run two different courses at the same time, we run them with only about 10 participants on each course.

Cancellation of the course

If the week is cancelled by us due to too few registrations, you will be notified no later than 20 days before the course starts, and the amount paid is refunded.
