At Annas Højskole in Iceland we offer all-inclusive package holidays:
On Hiking and folk high school in Iceland it is: Return flights, a 7-day trip with 6 nights at the school as well as all meals at the school. Drinks, however, must be purchased separately.
Riding on Icelandic horses must be purchased at registration – and is added to the price. This amount is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
Prices do not cover cancellation insurance / travel insurance. Remember to arrange this when you register, if you do not already have it.
Rooms: If you have chosen a shared double room and we are unable to find someone to register for the other half of the room, the single-room supplement is added.
Registration: Registration is binding, and the deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation. Travel documents, packing list, etc. are sent electronically no later than 3 weeks before departure.
Payment: When you register, you will receive a confirmation. We then send an account number for payment of the deposit. A deposit of DKK 3,000 per person is paid within 8 days. The balance for the course itself is paid no later than approximately 60 days before the course starts.
Cancellation: It is important to have your insurance in order should something go wrong. So remember to check whether you already have travel insurance/cancellation insurance.
We use Gouda ourselves, and you can always contact them at gouda.dk or call them on 88208820. Cancellation insurance with them costs 6% of the full price of the trip. (We receive no commission for highlighting them.) Always check the cover of the insurance you take out yourself. Regarding cancellation, refunding of expenses, etc., we refer you to our general travel rules, which we also encourage you to read.
Travel rules for package holidays

Cancellation of the course: If the week is cancelled by us due to too few registrations, you will be notified no later than 30 days before the course starts, and the amount paid is refunded.
