Terms and conditions – Denmark

The price is an all-inclusive total price covering full board and lodging, final cleaning, tuition, and the excursions mentioned in the programme including any admission fees (except where otherwise stated).

A deposit of DKK 1,000 must be paid no later than 8 days after registration via online banking. All prices are in DKK. The remaining part of the course price must be paid to the school no later than two months before the course starts. We do not send confirmation of payment, but will get in touch if payment is not received.

About 4 weeks before the course starts, all registered participants receive a letter or email with practical information. Participant lists are not sent out, but are available at the check-in desk.

Cancellation

If you cancel earlier than 30 days before the course starts, the amount paid is refunded, less the deposit/administration fee of DKK 1,000. If you cancel later than 30 days before the course starts, the course price is not refunded. You can take out cancellation insurance with Europæiske.

Cancellation is made by contacting the school by email or telephone.

Cancellation of courses

Whether each individual course goes ahead depends on the number of registrations. If a course is cancelled, registered participants are normally notified no later than 30 days before the course starts and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Rooms

If you have chosen a shared double room and we are unable to find someone to register for the other half of the room, the single-room supplement is added.

Accommodation

All rooms at the school on Læsø and in Thy are equipped with a duvet, bed linen and towel.

Marketing

We use photos taken on the school's courses, and thus of the school's participants, for our marketing.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Food allergies

When registering, you can note anything you cannot tolerate, so we can take account of gluten and lactose allergies.
